O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the first information report registered in Crime No.29 of 2014 for the alleged offence under Sections 392, 147, 148, 149, 451 and 506 (ii) of I.P.C., on the file of the first respondent. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after completion of investigation, the first respondent initially filed a referred charge sheet and subsequently, a final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate - III, Salem and it was taken on file.

3. Having regard to the fact that investigation in Crime No. 29 of 2014 has been completed and final report has also been filed, at this stage, the relief sought for in this petition cannot be granted. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
