The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner was appointed as Assistant in the Registration Department and joined duty and the petitioner is now working there.

2. In view of the fact that the cause arose for filing of the present writ petition, has become vanished, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in this case and accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
