JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) After the petition was heard for sometime, when we observed that the entire basis of submissions that is being made in the Court was not even the basis in the statement of claim and therefore, we found no reason to interfere with the impugned order passed by the learned Single Judge under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, Shri. Thanigai Nathan sought leave of the Court to withdraw the appeal.
2. Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
