(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned counsel for the petitioner states that A.S.No.247 of 2016 stands withdrawn.

2. On hearing learned counsel for parties and perusing the counter affidavit filed by the Corporation, it appears that both the petitioner and the third respondent may have made constructions without any planning permission/in violation of planning permission. Thus, the learned counsel for the Corporation/first respondent states that a fresh inspection of the site would be caused to be made within fifteen days of the receipt of the order and in case any violation is found, appropriate notices will be issued and the proceedings concluded within a maximum period of three months thereafter. The aforesaid statement is taken on record and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.36096 of 2016 is closed.
