This revision is preferred as against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.20037 of 2024 by the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai dated 09.06.2025, thereby dismissed the petition filed under Section 175(3) of BNS.

On perusal of the complaint lodged by the petitioner, it is seen that there is a landlord - tenant dispute between the petitioner and the respondent and infact, the complaint was enquired by the respondent police and the same was closed and hence the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai has rightly rejected the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 175(3) of BNS and this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.20037 of 2024 dated 09.06.2025.
