This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.4 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that the investigation has already been completed in Crime No.4 of 2017 and final report submitted before the concerned Trial Court, the same has been taken as cognizance in SC.No.133 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Chengam. Therefore, the prayer sought for in the present petition is dismissed as infructuous. 3.Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
