The present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 21.06.2024 and restore the CRP.No.730 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The reasons that had been attributed in dismissing the revision were that the suit itself was dismissed for default. It is now brought on record that the suit had been restored back to file. In view of the same, the order dated 21.06.2024 passed in C.R.P.No.730 of 2015 stands recalled and the revision petition stands restored to file. No costs.
