This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 379 days in filing petition to set aside the order dated 21.06.2024 and restore the CRP No. 730 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and R1, R9, R15 and R16.

3. It is reported that the service is completed on the respondents.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.

5. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Petition for restoration, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same on 25.03.2026.
