2.M/s.I.Malar, undertakes to file vakalat on behalf of the 3rd respondent/Insurance Company.

3.These Civil Miscellaneous petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 245 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals.

4.Heard the learned counsel for the Appellant and perused the records.

5.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the miscellaneous petitions are allowed and the delay of 245 days are condoned.

6.It is made clear that for the period of delay of 245 days, the appellants will not be entitled for any interest if in the event of this Court enhancing the amount of compensation fixed by the Tribunal.
