This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.9909 of in Crl.O.P.No.12795 of 2023 dated 24.07.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.

However, it is made clear that, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
