This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Para 3 imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.16741 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.22361 of 2024 dated 28.11.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16741 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.22361 of 2024 dated 28.11.2024 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the 1 st and 3 rd Saturday of every month at 6.30 p.m., until further orders, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
