ORDER

Pursuant to the earlier orders passed by this Court on 29.01.2021, Mr.Harivazhagan, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Polur, produced Mr.Thirunavukarasu, Inspector of Police, Kalasapakkam Police Station, before this Court. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents on instructions submitted that the final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Kalasapakkam and it was taken on file in P.R.C No.1 of 2021 for an offence under Section 147, 148, 294(b), 452, 323, 324, 506(ii) IPC and 3 of TNPPD Act.

In view of the above development, nothing survives in this petition and accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is closed.
