ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18154 of 2025, dated 14.07.2025, that "the petitioner shall report and sign before the E-6, Thiruporur Police Station, Chengalpattu District" instead of "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two (2) weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation". 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was unable to comply with the condition imposed on him vide order dated 14.07.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.18154 of 2025, since the petitioner has secured employment as a cab driver in Chengapattu and he is presently residing and working within the jurisdictional limits of E-6, Thiruporur Police Station, Chengalpattu District, therefore prays to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18154 of 2025.

Considering the submissions of both sides, this Court is inclined to modify the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18154 of 2025, dated 14.07.2025 to the effect that the petitioner shall report and sign before the E-6, Thiruporur Police Station, Chengalpattu District, everyday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. 5.
