ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to complete the investigation at early and file a final report in Crime No.110 of 2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the first respondent has registered a case on 21.03.2018 in Crime No.110 of 2018 for the offence under Section 174 (3) of Cr.P.C, but, so far, the investigation has not been completed and hence, he https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

requests to direct the first respondent to expedite the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.

4. Per contra, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that now, the FIR has been altered under Section 306 IPC and the investigation is in progress and hence, he seeks two months time for filing final report. Considering the aforesaid submissions, two months time is granted for filing final report.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
