This petition has been filed to modify the conditions order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19121 of 2025 dated 17.07.2025 in respect of the deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) (Non Refundable) to the credit of "The Tamil Nadu Advocate's Clerk's Association, Account Number: 484026006, IFSC Code: IDIB000M157, Indian Bank, Madras High Court Branch".

2. The condition to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) to the credit of "The Tamil Nadu Advocate's Clerk Association" is not only onerous, but illegal. Hence, the said condition is recalled and the petition to modify is allowed with above effect. 22.08.2025 dna 2/4
