Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by order passed by the second respondent i No.2083/AWD/Genl.3/patta/20162017/839, Puducherry, dated 02.09.2016 and quash the same and consequentially issued direction directing the respondents to conduct through enquiry in the allotment of Free Dwelling Unit at Ariyurpet and cancel the allotments which is allotted in violation to the provisions of the Puducherry House Sites/Houses Allotment (under the Scheme of Provision of House Sites/Houses to Scheduled Caste) Rules, 1981 and made allotment by following the rules and regulations contemplated in the above Rule.
