This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 03.10.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is one of the director of the company by name, M/s.Auto Fabs (P) Ltd., Since the other directors have sold away the company without the knowledge of the petitioner, he has given a complaint to the respondent police on 03.10.2022 and on which, so far no action has been taken.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, current paper enquiry has been initiated in CSR No.1028 of 2022 and the enquiry is pending. 2/4

5. Considering the same, it is appropriate to direct the 2nd respondent police to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and do the needful in accordance with law.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
