This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Paragaraph No.4(b) by an order dated 31.07.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.16824 of 2023 to report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, monthly once i.e., on 1st working day of every month, till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as directed by the concerned Jurisdictional Court.
