3. Considering the submissions made, this Court directs the Registry to carry out the following corrections in the order dated 09.01.2024 and issue fresh order copy:

a) In paragraph No.3 of the order, the name "Anitha" shall be read as "Kamadhenu".

b) In paragraph No.7, "Spl.SC.No.2016 of 2023" shall be read as "Spl.SC.No.206 of 2023".
