Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.2976/A5/2004 dated 21.06.2004 quash the same and direct the second respondent herein to disburse the subsidy amount of Rs.1,14,640/- to the petitioner which has bee sanctioned in favour of the petitioner by the second respondent in Rc.No.2976/G/2001 dated 13.06.2001.
