Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to entertain the application dated 24.07.2016, bearing No.109838 submitted to the respondent pursuant to the notification of the respondent vide No:CUTN/NT/02/2016, dated 07.07.2016, and allow the petitioner to participate in the written examination to be conducted for recruitment to the post of non-teaching position, scheduled to be held on 28 January 2017 or other subsequent dates, by considering representation of the petitioner dated 06.12.2016.
