This application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff to record that the 1st defendant died on 30.08.2021 and recognize the applicant, the sole plaintiff in the above suit and the respondents herein, who are the defendants 2 and 3 in the above suit, are the surviving legal heirs of the deceased 1st defendant in C.S No.645 of 2015.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.

4. Learned counsel for the applicant/plaintiff is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.

5. Post the main suit for filing draft issues on 25.09.2023.
