Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 474 days in representing the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.66681 of 2021.

2. Since the delay is with regard to representing the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.66681 of 2021, the same is condoned.

Accordingly, petition in C.M.P.No.15003 of 2025 is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the Appeal if it is otherwise in order.
