2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. In view of the above submission and on perusing the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is satisfied and is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this writ miscellaneous petition is allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the above writ petition and post the main petition on 22.06.2026.
