The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that defendants 1 to 9 are residing in Chennai and after receipt of the entire amount from the plaintiff towards the mortgage deeds, first and second defendants have executed sale deeds in respect of the suit property and all the transactions out of same cause of action.

3. Considering the nature of lis between the parties and the primary relief is with regard to redemption of mortgage, this application is Ordered as prayed for.
