[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] Petitioner is the wife of the detenu, Subash, aged 44 years, S/o.Ranganathan, who has been branded as 'Goonda' under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of second respondent passed in C3/D.O/63/2019 dated 06.09.2019. Such order is under challenge herein.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detention order passed against the petitioner's husband in C3/D.O/63/2019 dated 06.09.2019 on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.4363, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XI) Department, dated 30.10.2019 and produced a copy of the said order.

In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
