Pending this Civil Revision Petition, the petitioner and the respondent have arrived at an amicable settlement, wherein the petitioner has agreed to purchase the property under his occupation at the rate of Rs.10,000/- per sq.ft.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent also affirms the said settlement. The parties shall complete the said transaction within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.In the light of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of the above settlement. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
