Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue Cultivation Certificate and Kist Receipts and grant Government's subsidy and compensation amounts and permit me to pay Crop Insurance Premiums, for 2016-2017 and all subsequent years, within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the respondents to issue Cultivation Certificate, and grant Government's subsidy and compensation amount and also permit him to pay Crop Insurance premium for 2016-2017 and all subsequent years within a time frame.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, Mr.S.M.Hasan Fizal, learned counsel appearing for petitioner, on instructions, would submit that, pending Writ Petition, the cultivation certificate sought by the petitioner was issued by the authority. Hence, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition.

3. Recording his submissions, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
