O R D E R

The Petitioner, who is presently residing at K.K.Nagar, Chennai, has come up with this Petition seeking transfer of H.M.O.P. No.1157 of 2019 from the file of the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore to the file of Family Court, Chennai.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent has been served about the pendency of the proceedings before this court. There is no representation for the respondent. As the respondent has not shown any interest to represent the matter before this court even though his name is printed in the cause list, H.M.O.P. No.1157 of 2019 pending on the file of Principal Family Court, Coimbatore, is withdrawn from the said court and transferred to the Family Court at Chennai. The learned Judge of the Family Court, Chennai, is expected to conclude the trial, as expeditiously as possible, without adjourning the matter beyond 45 working days, at any point of time, in order to bring the issue to a logical end. 3. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed as indicated above. No costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
