ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to implement the G.O.Ms.No.293, Health and Family Welfare Department dated 18.06.2021 to enable the petitioner to get his monetary benefits as per the said G.O. every month from the date of issue of the G.O by passing orders on the representation dated 05.09.2023.

2. The petitioner made a representation dated 05.09.2023 to the respondents seeking to implement the G.O.Ms.No.293, Health and Family Welfare Department dated 18.06.2021 enabling the monetary benefits to the petitioner, which is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that representation has not been received by the respondent, fresh representation may be sent by the petitioner for consideration. If such representation is made, the respondent will pass appropriate orders on merits.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. Considering the limited relief as sought for in this writ petition, this Court directs the petitioner to send a fresh representation within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, on such representation, the respondents shall consider such representation and pass appropriate order(s) on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of.
