Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 1st respondent issued in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.194/A3/1996, dated 14.4.2004 quash the same and consequently direct the third respondent to pay arrears of salary payable to the petitioner from 23.02.1995 to 24.06.1997 with annual increments of the years 1995, 1996 and 97 with 12% of interest per annum after deducting a sum of Rs.49,000/- already paid, with allowances with a further direction to the 1st respondent to pay the revised pay with all other benefits from 25.06.1997 to 31.05.2002 and also order revision of Pension from 01.06.2002 taking note of the sanction of annual increments for the years 1995, 1996 and 1997.
