CMP.No.18775 of 2022 in A.S. No.489 of 2013 K.GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI,J., This petition has been filed to bring on record the said Mrs.Athiyammal proposed respondent herein viz., one of the legal heirs of the deceased Govindasamy as 6th respondent in the above A.S.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title in the Civil Miscellaneous Petition.
