ORDER

This petition has been filed to return the sale deed dated 27.07.2009 in Pending Document No.224/2009 in order to assign regular registration document number pending in C.C.No.7/2015 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.1 at Chengalpet. 2.The relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court at this stage since it is reported that the case is at the stage of trial and already 10 witnesses have been examined.

3.In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
