O.A.Nos.793 and 794 of 2023 O.A.Nos.793 and 794 of 2023 in C.S.(Comm. Div.) No. 220 of 2023 ABDUL QUDDHOSE,J.

This Court by its order dated 25.09.2023 granted an order of interim injunction as prayed for in O.A.Nos.793 and 794 of 2023. Notice was ordered in the said applications. The applicant has taken steps to serve the notice on the respondents in terms of this Court's order dated 25.09.2023. An affidavit of service has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff today. 2.As seen from the affidavit of service, all the respondents have been duly served. Despite the same, the respondents have chosen not to enter appearance in these applications. Hence, they are set exparte by this Court. As seen from the order dated 25.09.

2023, only after giving a finding that the applicant has made out a prima facie for the grant of interim injunction and balance of convenience is also in their favour, this Court had granted an order of interim injunction in favour of the applicant/plaintiff as prayed for in O.A. Nos.793 and 794 of 2023. Since the respondents have not chosen to defend these applications despite service of notice in these applications, interim injunction granted by this Court earlier on 25.09.2023 is made absolute and these applications are allowed as prayed for. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.
