ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to take action to dispose of the petitioners representation dated on 6.02.2022 and 8.10.2022 submitted with regard to survey the petitioners land for an extent of 60 cents comprised in S.No.1098/ 1, New S.No. 977/11 for an extent of 42 cents in S.No. 1090/1, 1090/2 and 1090/3, New S.No. 880/4 and for extent of 11 cents in S.No. 1080/1, New S.No. 935/4 and another extent of 19 cents in S.No.1077, New S.No. 937/2A in all totally acre 1.32 cents apart from equal right in common property for an extent of 37 in S.No.1070/2 in Kotagiri Village, Kotagiri Taluk, Nilgiris District as per partition deed dated 17.07.2006 in Doc.No.1191/2006.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner made representations on 06.02.2022 and 08.10.2022 with a request to measure the property which is pending without consideration. 2/4

Therefore, the third respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 06.02.2022 and 08.10.2022 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation to survey the lands for an extent of 60 cents comprised in S.No.1098/ 1, New S.No. 977/11 for an extent of 42 cents in S.No. 1090/1, 1090/2 and 1090/3, New S.No. 880/4 and for extent of 11 cents in S.No. 1080/1, New S.No. 935/4 and another extent of 19 cents in S.No.1077, New S.No. 937/2A in all totally acre 1.32 cents apart from equal right in common property for an extent of 37 in S.No.1070/2 in Kotagiri Village, Kotagiri Taluk, Nilgiris District as per partition deed dated 17.07.2006 in Doc.No.1191/2006, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, subject on payment of requisite fees.
