The prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is to direct the respondents to rectifying the proceeding in Na.Ka.001/2018/Estb dated 11.07.2018 based on the petitioner's representations dated 21.02.2019 and 16.03.2019 pending before the 1st and 2nd respondents.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he is working as Selection Grade Assistant in Transport Corporation Employees Cooperative Thrift and Credit Society No.X-367 at Teynampet, Chennai. He was initially appointed as Junior Assistant in the year 1993. Thereafter, the petitioner was promoted as an Assistant in the year 2007. seniority number was fixed below his Junior, for which he made representations on 21.02.2019 and 16.03.2019 to refix the seniority. However, till date the said representations were not considered. Hence, the Writ Petition has been filed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice to issue direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 16.03.2019 in accordance with law.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am inclined to issue direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 16.03.2019, if not disposed already, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
