Heard Mr.S.Sasikumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.Saratha Devi.V, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), appearing for the respondent.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the enquiry has been conducted and closed on 09.10.2019.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), no effective orders can be passed in the present petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

stands closed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the closure report, if he is advised to do so.
