O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present petition is that the petitioner claims to have given a complaint to the 1st respondent herein that her husband is missing from the year 2012.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submits that no such complaint was given and that an advocate notice alone has been sent on 16.07.2019.

3. In the absence of any complaint, I do not find any infirmity on the part of the respondent police in not acting on the petitioner's request. Nevertheless, if the petitioner is granted liberty to make a fresh complaint ventilating her grievance, the ends of justice could be secured. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In the light of the above observation, the petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh complaint before the 1st respondent police. On receipt of the same, the 1st respondent shall act on the said complaint, in accordance with law.
