ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents herein to survey and demarcate the boundary of petitioners land comprised in Survey Nos.443/9, 446/5, 445/12 situated at Anginayappalli, Oppathavadi Village, Burgoor Taluk, Krishnagiri District based on the fees remitted by the petitioner on 07.07.2022.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner made representation on 04.09.2022 with a request to measure the property and demarcate the boundaries of their lands which is pending without consideration. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.09.2022 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation to measure and demarcate the boundary of lands comprised in Survey Nos.443/9, 446/5 & 445/12 situated at Anginayappalli, Oppathavadi Village, Burgoor Taluk, Krishnagiri 2/4

District, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, subject on payment of requisite fees.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
