Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 8.8.2024 consequently transfer the investigation from the 4th respondent police to CBCID, Cuddalore for fair and free investigation, give protection to petitioner's family from continuation threatening from the accused persons Thiagarajan and Jeganathan.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking transfer of the investigation in Crime No.51 of 2024 for the offences under Sections 2964(b),324 and 307 of IPC from the file of the fourth respondent to the CBCID.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation has already been completed in Crime No.51 of 2024 and the final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Panruti, which is pending for taking cognizance.
3. In view of the above, since no investigation is pending on the file of the fourth respondent, the question of transferring the investigation does not arise. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
