This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 544 days in filing the Judgment dated 26.10.2023 in M.C.No.303 of 2022 passed by the III Additional Principal Judge Family Court, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 544 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
