2.The learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court-II, Erode, in letter in D.No.1461 of 2023 dated 22.08.2023 had reported that the Accused had been secured and sent to undergo sentence of imprisonment as per the Judgment in S.T.C. No.6 of 2014 dated 27.12.2018. Already this Court had disposed of the Criminal Revision Case. Therefore, the Judgment of this Court is complied with.
