Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records pending on the file of the learned Fast Track Court, Judicial Magistrate No.I, Vellore in S.T.C.No.46 of 2018 and quash the criminal proceeding pending on the file of the Fast Track Court, Judicial Magistrate No.I, Vellore in S.T.C.No.46 of 2018. ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all the grounds before the trial Court. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle, today, to that effect.

2. However, considering the age of the petitioner, the personal appearance of the petitioner is dispensed with and he shall be represented by a counsel after filing appropriate application. On receipt of the application, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate No.I, Vellore is directed to complete the trial and dispose of the petition within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall be present before the Court at the time of furnishing of copies, framing charges, questioning under Section 313 Cr.P.C. and at the time of passing judgment. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
