This petition is filed to condone the delay of 306 days in filing the above revision petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3.Mr.S.Mohammed Shafith, learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection for this petition being allowed. His only grievance is that the main revision itself can be taken up and disposed of at the earliest.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned. The Registry is directed to number the revision petition if it is otherwise in order.
