The Management Of v. The Presiding Officer

W.P.No.46630 of 2006 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY.J., Earlier, by Order dated 16.07.2018 in W.P.No.46630 of 2006, this Court had directed the Presiding Officer, Principal Labour Court, Coimbatore to dispose of I.D.No.227 of 2000 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2.A letter in D.No.283/2019 dated 05.04.2019, was received from the Presiding Officer, Principal Labour Court, Coimbatore, requesting for extension of three months time to dispose of the above case. 3.In view of the request made, an extension of three months is granted to the Presiding Officer, Principal Labour Court, Coimbatore for disposal of I.D.No.227 of 2000.
