This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 6 days in filing this criminal appeal against the judgment of acquittal passed by the learned Fast Track Court No.I, Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore in CC.No.636 of 2019 dated 05.02.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 6 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
