O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.Sundresh,J.) Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instruction, submitted that part of the unauthorised construction has been removed and an application has also been filed seeking regularization for remaining unauthorized portion. No action has been taken in view of the order passed by the Division Bench and all the applications are kept pending.

2. In view of the same, we do not find any willful disobedience of the order passed and the contempt petition stands closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout the remedy in the manner known to law.
