Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.07.2019 for regularize the services of the petitioner giving retrospective regularization from the year 1992 along with seniority in service and pensioner benefits within a stipulated period.

The prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.07.2019 for regularize the services of the petitioner giving retrospective regularization from the year 1992 along with seniority in service and pensioner benefits.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he was initially appointed as daily wages worker in the year 1991 in the Sheep Farm, Mukuntharayapuram, Ranipet. The petitioner's service was regularized in the year 2007, however, his service was not regularized as per initial date of appointment. Therefore, he made a representation on 08.07.2019, seeking regularization from the date of initial appointment. However, till date the said representation was not considered. Hence, the present Writ petition has been filed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice to issue direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 08.07.2019 in accordance with law.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am inclined to issue direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 08.07.2019, if not disposed already, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
