Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondent from insisting the 2 years experience of operating insulated vehicle for transportation of milk under the same name and style as the bidding entity as per their tender notification No.5393/P1/2016MKG UNIT/2016-2018 and to direct the respondent not to reject or disqualify the petitioner tender bid on that reason.
