This petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 12.09.2023 made in Crl.M.P.No.22674 of 2023 in Crl.M.P.No.15487 of 2023 in Criminal Appeal No.367 of 2023 by the Principal Sessions Court. (ii) This petition has been filed to set aside the order of the Principal Sessions Court made in Crl.M.P.No.15487 of 2023 in Criminal Appeal No.367 of 2023, dated 10.07.2023 imposing 20% of the compensation amount is contrary to law under Section 367 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and Section 148 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. (iii) This petition has been filed to set aside the return in docket order made in Crl.M.P.SR.No.20653 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.367 of 2023 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, dated 06.10.2023.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that though the docket order of the Appellate Court is under challenge, the petitioner has now complied with the conditions imposed while granting suspension of sentence. Further, the appeal has been argued and is now posted for judgment.

3. In view of the above, this Court finds no ground to set aside the 4/6

docket order passed by the Lower Appellate Court.

4. However, the Appellate Court is directed to dispose the appeal, within a period of 12 weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 14.06.2024 Index : Yes/No.
